How Pricing Works

Most service work is performed on a Time & Material basis with a clear structure:

• Dispatch fee (per visit)

• Hourly labor rates (billed in 15-minute increments)

• Materials (cost + markup)

• Subcontractor coordination when needed (glass, locksmith, etc.)

For larger replacements or defined scope items, JCI can provide a written proposal.
