Since 1988, JCI Contractors has completed more than 1,000 projects — from single-room tenant improvements to $12 million+ developments. Hotels, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, and century-old landmarks brought back into use. Most of that work came from clients who had already built with us once.

We're headquartered in Ashtabula, Ohio, and have built across eight states.

That's the number we're proudest of, and it's the one that tells you the most about what building with us is like.

You'll talk to the person running your job. Not a coordinator, not a call center. The people who priced your project are the people managing it, and they're reachable through the whole build.

You'll know where the budget stands. We work through cost with you in preconstruction rather than discovering problems at framing. When something changes, you hear it from us early enough to make a decision about it.

Your operations keep running. Most of our clients are building around an active business — a hotel taking reservations, a plant running shifts, a clinic seeing patients. We plan the site around that and hold to the plan.
