Chuck Borsukoff
Chairman & CEO

Chuck Borsukoff serves as Chairman & CEO of JCI Contractors, bringing more than 50 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, real estate development, and business leadership.

Chuck began his career in the construction industry as an estimator for a local contractor. At just 27 years old, he ventured out on his own, beginning with the development of family farmland in Jefferson, Ohio, into a condominium community that remains today. That early project marked the beginning of a career spanning more than five decades of construction, development, and entrepreneurship.

Throughout his career, Chuck has built his reputation on hard work, relationships, and a hands-on understanding of the construction business. His experience and leadership have helped shape JCI Contractors into the company it is today, while establishing the foundation for the next generation of leadership.

Chuck attended Bowling Green State University. In 2013, he was honored by Jefferson Area High School as its Outstanding Alumnus of the Year, recognizing his accomplishments and longstanding connection to the community.

 

Outside of JCI, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dona, to whom he has been married for 56 years, their three children, and their family.
