Charlie Borsukoff
President

Charlie Borsukoff serves as President of JCI Contractors, providing executive leadership across the company’s operations, project delivery, client relationships, and strategic growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Charlie has held leadership roles spanning both corporate operations and complex construction projects. His experience includes commercial, hospitality, historic rehabilitation, multifamily, and institutional projects throughout Ohio and the surrounding region.

Charlie takes an active role throughout the construction process, from preconstruction and contract development through project execution and closeout. His leadership approach emphasizes accountability, strong communication, and building long-term relationships with clients, design professionals, and trade partners.

Charlie earned his undergraduate degree from Baldwin Wallace University and his MBA from Cleveland State University.  In 2017, he was recognized by Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County as its Young Economic Development Leader of the Year for his contributions to the local business and economic development community.

Outside of JCI, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their two children. He also enjoys to golf and travel.
