JCI served as the general contractor for the new 4-story, 82-room Hampton by Hilton in Madison, Ohio. The $11.3 million hotel sits on 2 acres and features amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center and meeting room. The 54,000-square-foot hotel at 171 Water Tower Drive was completed in September of 2019. Emerald Hospitality Associates of Westlake, Ohio manages the hotel and The Vineyard Hotel Group LLC is the owner of the hotel. This project was the recipient of an ABC Excellence Award.
